Plant and flower sculpture festival?

Hello, I have received some beautiful images from a park or fair grounds, which shows large sculptures made of plants and flowers - for example, there is one of Mt. Fuji, comic figure characters, landscapes, etc. All are very intricately made, with much love and care. I would like to visit this place on my next trip to Japan. Can anyone tell me when it takes place and where? Many thanks!
