Bus on Mt.Rokko

I'm confused with schedule on Rokko-san website
shown on this http://www.rokkosan.com/en/access.html
My question is about the last bus that back from Rokko garden terrace to Bus Cable station. It's shown both Final departure(without parenthese) and final bus(with parenthese), So what time that we should
go to this station to last bus? And we'll go Mid-January, it's shown by triangle symbol. It makes me very confused. Someone help me please. Really sorry for my bad English.

It is a rather confusing, and I was only able to understand it after consulting the full timetables in Japanese which are available here:

The brackets come into play because some buses do not stop at the Garden Terrace. The Garden Terrace is skipped by the first bus in the morning. On the contrary, all the buses in the evening go only as far as the Garden Terrace (and do not go further to the Arima Ropeway Station two minutes away). Furthermore, during the winter, the last few buses in the evening go only as far as the ski grounds and not as far as the Garden Palace anymore.

So, from January 13, the last bus back from the terrace departs at 18:35. Until January 12, it departs at 20:45.
