Pardon for my bad english..
I mean is the new shinkansen station in kanazawa and toyama same as the ordinary/ ltd express train station? As the takaoka station is different with shin-takaoka (new shinkansen train station)

Yes. The extended shinkansen will serve the same, existing stations in case of Kanazawa, Toyama, Itoigawa and Iiyama.
