Harajuku in Winter

Hi, visiting Tokyo early February and would love to take the kids to Harajuku. Should we still aim for a Sunday or will the particular day not matter so much because its mid winter?

There are heaps people on Sat and Sun days.
The National Foundation Day on 11th Feb is also.
