Bus from Shirakawago to Kanazawa

We are planning to visit Shirakawago and Kanazawa,Japan in early February,2015 and would like to reserve a seat in the bus, but the website require prior membership registration and I cannot register despite numerous attempts, can someone please advise,thanks.

Not all buses between Shirakawago and Kanazawa require a reservation.

Note where it says "・Reservations are available one month prior to service. (the same day of the prior month)"

This means that you won't be able to make the reservation until Jan 15th at least.

Sorry.. forget that about Jan 15th... you should be ok now for a reservation in early Feb...

You should call the number shown on that page. They probably don't speak much English though so it might be better to ask your booked hotel to make arrangements for you.
