Bus from Gujo-Hachiman to Takayama

Hi,
I'm planning to visit Gujo-Hachiman in my way to Takayama and according to Japan-Guide, three highway bus companies cover the route Gujo-Takayama, Nohi Bus, Meitetsu Bus and JR Tokai Bus.
any help to find the schedule for Meitetsu Bus and JR Tokai Bus? I can see the schedule for Nohi Bus in its website, and no one of the buses is convenient for me, one pass to early and the other to late :(.
