Weather in Shirakawa-go in Early March

I will be travelling to Shirakawa-go in early March 1-3, 2015, I was hoping to go there for a 2 day side trip from Osaka-Takayama and then Shirakawa-go.One of the reasons I wanna go there is seeing & enjoy the snow and also becauseit is a pretty serene place to relax and get away from the city life and experience rural in Japan.I wanna know if its going to be snowing during that period, like what are the chances of snow and also will the place be covered in snow?

What will the temperature be like?

No worry still left a lot but maybe no deep on the roof like low temp Feb.

雪(yuki): snow [snowman icon with usual]
乾雪:dry/powder light snow (calling 粉雪：kona-yuki usual) no need umbrella
but if falling 湿雪:wet/heavy snow or mixed rain みぞれ(mizore) need it usual.
Wet snow also no good for shoes/boots and make a lot iced parts
during low temp night danger for walking/driving in morning/blinds.
