Fuji Hakone pass - how to use

I plan to use the Fuji Hakone pass to go to Mt Fuji 5th station and stay one night in Hakone. What is the best itinerary/schedule? See Mt Fuji first then Hakone next day or the other way round? Where are the bus and train timetables?
I plan to take the bus from Shinjuku to Kawaguchi, see Mt. Fuji, then get to Hotel Ra Kuun in Hakone, spend next day around Hakone and take the Romancecar train back to Shinjuku. Can I buy this pass from overseas?

You lined it out yourself already. It sounds like a good plan. But note that the bus between Kawaguchiko and the 5th Station is not covered by the Fuji Hakone Pass.

I don't think so. And I do not see a need in purchasing it in advance.
