Picking up rental car early

Hello,

I have booked my rental car with Nissan via Tocoo (which I can't make any changes now). I chose 10AM pickup time. Now I want to pickup my car at 8:30AM.

I will arrive 1 day before. Do you think if I go to the branch where I rent a car and request them I want to pickup at 8:30AM instead of 10AM, do you they can arrange it?

You have to phone them and ask.

I've been in contact with Nissan for the last month or two with my reservation, you can send them an email with your booking detail to confirm and make changes, they will get back to you within 48hrs.

Thanks for replies. I sent them an email and they replied next day. They fulfilled my request without any extension charge. What a great service!!

The extra charge is usually about 810yen (Nissan rental) if you collect your the car before 0500 or after 2300, anything in between requires no extra payment if enough time is given or advance notice provided.

0830 is normal as most Nissan are opened at 0800, I'm collecting my car at 0530, and only a few sites open on special hours or 24hrs.
