Hello:
Where to find macaroni and cheese in Japan? It seems no one in Japan eats macaroni and cheese very much!? Genuine Mexican food is hard to find too? Any recommendations for this too? Tokyo has to have it without a doubt LOL? Appreciate it

Mac and cheese is easy to make on your own, you just need the ingredients, which can generally be found at any supermarket depending on the recipe you're using. For Mexican food, I also tend to make that at home, getting taco shells etc at Kaldi Coffee, Yamaya, or another import store.
You can order blue box American Kraft mac n cheese from the Foreign Buyers Club. I don't think Flying Pig has it, but you can check.

Are you a tourist or resident? If you're the latter, you can buy a lot of instant mixes at National Azabu Supermarket near Hiroo station. You can also buy every legal American food from FBC. http://www.fbcusa.com/
