Hi, I would like to travel from Ueno to Sano Premium Outlet during my stay at Tokyo.I will travel using Nasuno Shinkansen to Oyama Station,JR Ryomo Line to Sano Station and Sano Manyo-Roman Bus to Sano Premium Outlet. Is it fully cover by Kanto Pass? Thanks

No,bus is not JR need 200Y(cash only)/oneway.
JR Kanto Area Pass covered until JR Sano stn.
