Reservation in Setoda

I would like to make a reservation in Setoda (preferably the Setoda Private Hostel). I tried the Hiroshima Tourism Office Email which was recommended here

but they do not answer at all. As we travel in quite a busy time (May 7, 2015) we would like to make a reservation in advance that we don't have to sleep at the beach.

Could anyone give a recommendation whom to contact via email (and not by phone) that can make a reservation for us. As we do not speak Japanese and live in Europe it seems to be quite difficult.
