Booking hotels 2015/2/6 04:47
I will be traveling to Japan in the middle of July and will be staying for 14 days. I am going to go via the Route Kyoto - Hiroshima - Tokyo and will be staying overnight at some other towns (eg. Takayama, Miyajima).
I would like to know whether it is better to book the hotels in advance or to do it during the visit?

Personally, I would book in advance. If you were local, then doing it as you go might be easier, but you still need to know where the accommodation is and that you're not being ripped with exorbitant prices.

Advance planning pays off, especially if your trips/budget are limited.
