Im going to Smile Hotel Agasaya. Whats the best route to take and what train? Believe you can purchase a round trip ticket for 4000yen but what changes will I have and what stations?

There are a number of options, but for 1500yen from Narita you could use the NEX, then transfer to the JR Chuo Rapid at Tokyo or Yotsuya, then transfer to the JR local at Nakano

The previous post is not clear, it should read:-
NEX - then transfer to the JR Chuo Rapid at Tokyo, then transfer to the JR local at Nakano
or
transfer to the JR Chuo Rapid at Tokyo, then transfer to the JR local at Yotsuya

I believe only the Chuo Local trains stop at Asagaya
