I read that Go central Japan sell the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route ticket plan A & Plan B in 2013 and 2014.
Can check if they are also selling this year? I am not able to email them because I could not find the email address.
I am going on the 16 April 2015. I have tried to buy the ticket online at the offical website. It is not open yet I think as I have also email to them, there is no reply.

Any reason you need to purchase this ticket in advance? I do not believe this ticket ever sold out. You could easily buy the ticket from the departing station; e.g. Toyama station.
