Takkyubin and Osaka Half Day

Is it possible to send our luggage from our hotel in Tokyo to Osaka airport where we will be departing? If so does anyone know how much it will cost for a medium-size luggage bag?
Secondly we have about half a day in Osaka. What would be a good thing to see or do, a place to have dinner before we make our way to the airport?

You can send your luggage to Osaka/Kansai airports by Takkyuubin service It will be added an airport charge of 648 Yen per item on the courier service. The service charge is between 1,512(small) and 2,592(extra large) Yen include airport charges.
Half a day trip in Osaka, Tsutenkaku tower and Osaka castle visit, and window shopping in Dotonbori street.
