Fish Market Calendar and blue triangle

I would really appreciate someone telling me what the characters below say. I would like to go to the Tokyo Fish Markets on Wednesday 6 May and there is a blue triangle in the calendar with the following notation. I am wondering if it says "impossibly busy"!!!

6th May 2015 and 23rd September 2015 are both “臨時開市日” which is "Special Open Market Day".
Tsukiji market is usually closed on Sunday and Wednesday but 6th May(and 23rd Sep) are opened as usual but still some merchant traders and shops closed depending on their commercial decision.
