We intend to use the Baggage Delivery Service when traveling the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. Understand from their official webpage, it cost \1540 per bag to send it across. But are there any restrictions to the Size and Weight of the baggage or luggage which can be accepted?

They don't mention anything, except that you should not put cash, valuables and easily breakable things into the pieces of luggage.

Yes, it is open from 10:00 to 15:15 (from 9:30 on weekends and national holidays). Entry is possible until 15:00.
