Hi,
includes the Tokyo Subway 3-day ticket for foreigners the Tōkyū Den-en-toshi Line from Shibuya Station to Sangenjaya station?
If I start the first trip to clock 15 o'clock, is the frist ticket day ending at midnight hour or at the next day 14.59 o'clock.
Thanks for any answers in advance!

No! The Denentoshi Line is not a subway line.

No, the tickets' validity is based on calendar days (from first train in the morning to last day in the evening). Not 24 hour periods.
