24h bar or something around Tsukiji Market?

I'm super keen on going to the tuna auctions, but getting up at two-ish and paying for a cab doesn't sounds a bit awful, even by my standards. What do you guys think about just hanging out at a nearby bar until three-ish, and simply walking over? Do you know of a suitable spot?

Hi there Fyhn.
Not sure of any 24/7 bars directly near Tsukiji but am sure there are some.
Personally, the day I went to Tsukiji, I went out to Roppongi with my friends and then the three of us took a taxi around 3:00am. It only cost 2000 yen so would be okay if you can get some others to acompany you.
