Is there a particular time of day that the snow monkeys are likely to be out and about in mid April?

Around noon coming mostly but not so many groups like winter peak.
Just depends on weather and temp.
After rain or cold day is better.

Daytime - if you're lucky, it might even be a nice sunny day, and this time of year the young ones will be around too.
