Hello, I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on a particular city up in Hokkaido. For an exchange program I'm doing, I've been assigned to go up to Obihiro. From videos and pictures I've seen of the city, I thought it looked gorgeous, especially with all the lights at night, but lately I've been feeling down about my placement. I'm very grateful to be doing this experience, but it seems that I'm coming across a lot of negative comments towards Obihiro. Is the city really that bad?
