Itinerary for 2 days and Fuji Hakone pass

I will be staying in Shinagawa(tokyo) and would like to go to Hakone, Fuji Five Lakes and Fuji Q Highland theme park. I will be staying for two nights in Resort Inn Fuyo Kawaguchiko Inter. Should i buy the Fuji Hakone pass. Please let me know the itinerary for two days and also how to go Kyoto from there.

i think the pass is worthed if u start from and end to shinjuku. u can consider stay 1 night at hakone-1 night at kawaguchi. but if not , that's mean u must go to hakone then back to kawaguchi using bus (covered by fuji hakone pass), but it more consumed time (about 1,5-2 hours 1 way from kawaguchi to hakone)

Please let me know the itinerary for two days

1st day: shinjuku-hakone- stay at hakone/kawaguchi
2nd day: hakone-kawaguchi- stay at kawaguchi
3rd day: going back to shinjuku

and also how to go Kyoto from there.
