Hakone Tozan Bus from Odawara to Tougendai

Hello,

I will be in Hakone on 15th April. Previously, I found information that I need to sit train at Hakone Tozan railway from Odawara Station to Hakone-Yumoto Station before I can ride the Hakone Tozan Bus to Tougendai station (in order to walk to my hotel). I read many posts regarding this as well.

However, recently I just found out that I can ride the Hakone Tozan bus (with Hakone Free pass) directly from Odawara Station to Tougendai Station.

1) Am I correct?
2) I will reach Odawara Station from
Kyoto around 5pm. Is there anyone can provide the timetable for the Hakone Tozan bus from Odawara Station to Tougendai Station?
3) Baggage check-in office will be closed quite early so is it fine to bring my medium size luggage into the Hakone Tozan bus?
