deliver to takuhaibin service centers

I will be traveling from Tokyo to Kyoto and was thinking of sending my luggage by takkyuubin.
I'm not sure at what time I will arrive in Kyoto or if the place I'm staying at will recieve and store the luggage for me if I'm not there (it's a capsule hotel). But I noticed there is a kuroneko service center just next door to the hotel. Does anyone know if it is possible to send luggage to a service center and then go there to pick it up, or do I have to send it to the place I'm staying to use the service?

You can send you luggage to the Kuroneko office as a "Eigousho-dome"(営業所留め) service. It's a free service but you need to puck up your luggage while the office is opened. Some kuroneko offices close Sat, Sun and holidays. Their office hour is varied.
