deliver to takuhaibin service centers

I will be traveling from Tokyo to Kyoto and was thinking of sending my luggage by takkyuubin.

I'm not sure at what time I will arrive in Kyoto or if the place I'm staying at will recieve and store the luggage for me if I'm not there (it's a capsule hotel). But I noticed there is a kuroneko service center just next door to the hotel. Does anyone know if it is possible to send luggage to a service center and then go there to pick it up, or do I have to send it to the place I'm staying to use the service?

Each center[センター] is so also open google map street view.

However,most hotel front and airport deliver office staff knows well no worry.
Japanese calling "depo-dome(stop)" or "eigyosho-dome" as words shorty.
And ask hotel about recieving before check-in.

Similar service "kyoku-dome[局留め]" for sending post office(Japan post) to post office
not only mail "You-pack(ゆうパック)" also possible.

But You-pack not accept at hotel front.(this is big differet against Takkyu-bin as Takuhai-bin)
Takkyu-bin is service name of Yamato other comapny using other names exist.

You can send you luggage to the Kuroneko office as a "Eigousho-dome"(営業所留め) service. It's a free service but you need to puck up your luggage while the office is opened. Some kuroneko offices close Sat, Sun and holidays.
Their office hour is varied.
