Koyasan Temple Lodging on April 10th Evening

My wife, three children (13, 11, and 8) are making an impromptu Spring Break trip to Japan. We have been told that staying at a Koyasan temple is a transcendent wonderful experience. Know this is difficult given the late timing, but any suggestions as to how to find a temple to stay at the evening of Friday, April 10th? Have been trying call Koyasan Tourist Association but it has been busy. Thanks in advance.

I had great success emailing the Official Koyasan site and making a reservation http://eng.shukubo.net/temple-lodging.htmlYou are able to nominate your budget, type of lodging (go japanese style) type of food (full vegetarian). They even called me in Australia to confirm the arrangements.
