The All Shikoku Pass includes a good discount on the Super Jet. Does JR Pass include Shikoku Super Jet discount?
I'm trying to plan my itineraries and at the same time work out which Pass/Passes I should buy for my trip.

No, the nationwide JR pass does not include any non-JR transportation (the handful of exceptions are either former JR lines, or lines of JR subsidiaries).
