is there any public transportation (bus/train not taxi) from kawaguchiko station to lake villa kawaguchiko (my hotel in lake kawaguchi)?

Yes, there are a couple bus stops nearby, for example this one: http://buste.in/search/bus/?id1=n645&id2=19

Inquire at Kawaguchiko or Fujisan stations.
