3 days in Shikoku with JR shikoku pass

I have 5 days in Shikoku I'd like to buy JR shikoku rail pass 3 days
first, I will stay in Imabari and travel around Matsuyama I'll use the pass on second day
Do you guys think 3 days is enough to travel in Ehime and Kochi and some part of Kagawa? then I'll have chilling days in Tokushima, Just cycling with friends.
Is it worth to buy?
