And your interests are............?

Different people like different things. So you might look through all that there is on this website and find what you are interested in. If you want other resources, for Tokyo there is:
http://www.gotokyo.org/en/index.html
http://www.jnto.go.jp/eng/location/regional/tokyo/index.html
http://www.ar.jal.com/world/en/guidetojapan/city_information/tyo/see/a...

It looks like you've already decided a lot of your plans by how many nights you are spending in which area. In the Tokyo area, you might include some day trips to Nikko, Hakone, and Kamakura/Enoshima.

For the Kansai area, don't miss Nara which has some excellent sights. The Todaiji Great Buddha is a must-see. And few venture to see the beautiful Isuien Garden:

along with the Yoshikien Garden.
You can mostly skip Osaka during the day if you are seeing Tokyo, but don't miss many great places at night like Dotonbori that come alive and are full of great food and atmosphere:

The Umeda Sky Bldg at night also has a great view over the city:

HImeji is also well worth seeing for the best castle in Japan.

Thanks so much for your info ken. Really appreciate it.
Basically I just set the days and devided in few city without knowing where to go😁 as I thought travel with young kids all below 6 and 2 old ladies will slow down our travel plans a bit 😅😅 so set longers in each city.

We basically want to see beautiful view lokal area and taste the yummy food in Japan as our budjet is limited as well.

Thank you so much
Will check all the link that you give me

Cheers

In that case:

We will stay in asasuka for 6 days and 5 night and plan to go around tokyo

There are many locations
Asakusa
Ueno
Shibuya
Shinjuku
Sky Tree
Meiji Jinja
Harajuku
Ginza
Odaiba

Just go to one or two of these places a day. Depending on your travel speed. If at the end, you find yourself having time in your hands, get a Nikko or Hakone pass that allows trips from Tokyo and back plus intracity travel within 2 days.

After that we will go to Osaka for 5 days 4 night. This time we plan to go to kyoto area as well

Osaka main attractions are:
Universal Studio
Aquarium
Osaka Castle
Domtombori and Shinsekai

Kyoto would have too many. Just browse about

Will go back to tokyo again for another 3 days and 2 night before goinh back home.

You might want to spend some time away from Tokyo. Since you already spending many days at the beginning of your trip. Have you thought of Takayama and Kanazawa?

Lastly, get a 7 day JR Pass for each of your family members. It pays for the shinkansen costs to and fro Osaka.
