Is this pass valid for all subway lines in Kyoto including Keihan Main Line, Kintetsu Kyoto Line, etc or it is just for Karasuma Line and Tozai Line?

No, Keihan, Kintetsu are not subways and are not covered by the pass. Nor is Hankyu. The only trains covered by the pass are the Karasuma Subway Line and the Tozai Subway Line.
