After climbing Mt Fuji 2015/6/24 04:33
Hello there,

I need some advise on my trip. I will be climbing Mt Fuji on the July 08/07/15. We have some luggage and I heard it isn't possible to leave it at the Kawaguchiko St. we will be coming from Shinjuku but wont be returning to Tokyo after that. Is it a good idea to do Shinjuku- Gotemba- Kawaguchiko? because I learnt that you are able to leave your luggage at the Gotemba St. And will the JR Pass be covered for this trip?

After climbing Mt Fuji the next day, I have 3 days to spend before heading to Hiroshima. Can you please advise which places I should stop along the way that is worth it? I cant seem to make a decision. I heard Nara, Hakone, Onsen, Takayama are great. But which one should I choose? Please advise, Thank you very much.

Concerning your luggage,
I think you can leave it at Kawaguchiko Sta. JPY 700/day.
It is not coin locker.
You can pick up during business hours (6:00-22:30).
Kawaguchiko Sta. can be reached by Fujikyu Bus directly from Shinjyuku.
It is not covered by JR pass but very convenient.

After climbing Mt.Fuji, you can take bus from Kawaguchiko Sta. to Mishima Sta.(JR,Shinkansen Sta.)

Luggage: you could forward it via next-day courier service ("takuhaibin" or "takkyubin") to the next hotel.

About places before you go to Hiroshima: what are your interests? If hot springs, Hakone might be an option. Traditional side of Japan? Kyoto, for example.
