How to buy an item and have it sent overseas?

Hi,
I recently visited Japan and regret not buying from a shop (Pie Tick Park) in Takayama. What is the best way to arrange this?
The shop in question did not ship overseas when I asked and the staff did not speak English so calling them is not an option for me.
Does anyone have any ideas or know of services that are available for this kind of thing?

If the shop does not ship overseas then you'll need to hire a personal shopper to purchase the item and send it to you. I don't have any particular ones to recommend but you can find tons of these services advertised online.
