Help with the meaning of this sentence

Hello, if someone seeing two people interacting says:

"リアルでも仲いいのってなんかいいなあ"

What are they meaning?

riaru I guess is real, but "riaru demo" confuses me, also is "notte" a word? or it's the particle "no" and "tte" as if "they say". And nanka ii?

In other words, I really can't grasp the meaning of this sentence...

- I somewhat envy that they are friends even in the real world.
- I find it somewhat good that they are friends never in the real world.

I am assuming that "real" is versus "virtual".

This style is frank not standard/formal but not so difficult.

リアル(riaru/real) means "real life" as
= not online(web/game)
= not official(work/study/sport/music or something playing/doing as partner)
= not fiction/fake(tv/movie/comic/anime as story or play)
Younger using "リアル" word a lot as ON(official time)/OFF(private/break time).
This でも(demo) means "also" or "even" not "but/however" as negative form.

仲いい(nakaii) means 仲(が/ga)いい based = good relation ship/heartful (couple/group)
のって　means "is".
This "の(no) means instead こと/事(koto)/thing = about 仲がいい" as S(subject)
and this って(-tte) means instead "は(wa/not ha)" as case-marking particle[格助詞(kaku-joshi)]
so standard style is "仲がいいこと(事)は(-koto wa)".

なんか(nannka) means 何か(nanika) based = no find exact reason (feeling softly)
いい/(ii [よい/良い/yoi based]) means feel good/fine/heartful
なあ/なぁ/なー/な〜 means like time stream slowly similar words "もやもや(moya-moya)".

And using Katakana("リアル" part) for other country lang words usual.

It seems(or sounds) to be so nice in personal relationship(or friendship) both of you, more natural translation to me.

"Kinda nice that they also get along great in the real world (as opposed to when they're on-line, acting or pretending)"

(The same "...guest" here again) Sorry I made a typo in the second sentence I wrote earlier. It should be:

- I find it somewhat good/nice that they are friends even in the real world.

Oh, yes. I should've added "too" at the end of my sentence.

Now I get it! and since I didn't give details, I forgot to say these two people are workmates (or I didn't think it would be important, sorry), so I'm guessing that with "riaru/real life", they mean that outside work, they're good friends /too/.
