Toyoko Inn check in after midnight?

Good day,
I know you can choose check-in time at reservation online for Toyoko inn hotels but if I remmeber correctly you can only choose until 00.00.
I will be arriving about 01 in Tokyo, will I risk my room to be cancelled or should I not worry? I dont recon I can put in a note or something either...

I had a similar experience once, arriving after midnight. I emailed the hotel and mentioned the arrival time. No problem, they kept the room for us.

When you make a reservation they send you a confirmation that has contact information. The email address would something like Name_of_Toyoko_Inn@@wm.toyoko-inn.com. I've used this email address to change reservations so you could explain arrival time.
