Hokkaido 1 week Itinerary in Sep

Hi, I would like you to suggest me the 1 week Itinerary in Sep for travelling between Sapporo - Daisetsuzen
I'd like to see Autumn Color, so I would travel around 20 Sep. My itinerary now is
Day 1 - Sapporo
Day 2 - Drive to Sounkyo Onsen
Day 3 - Mt Kurodake ropeway and Day Hike
Day 4 - Hike Ginsendai (銀泉台)
Day 5 - Drive to Asahikawa (Zoo and lunch) then travel to Asahidake Onsen
Day 6 - Asahidake ropeway and Day Hike
Day 7 - Visit Biei (Optional) and Drive to Sapporo
Day 8 - Sapporo and Otaru
The questions are
- "Is my itinerary reasonable?" Should I cut some parts or add any places to my journey?
- "Can I travel to Mt Kurodake by ropeway on the day I drive from Sapporo if I start travelling early in the morning? so I can save my time and have more relaxing days later.
- "Should I switch my destinations in order to have the best Autumn Color at Daisetsuzan?
