Mid December snowfall in Semboku area 2015/7/22 16:41
Is it ok to stay in the Koen Iriguchi area (Semboku) to experience falling snow in mid December or better to stay at higher areas of lake Tazawako?

Falling snows maybe over 75%.
Semboku and Tazawako both areas are one of deep snow area than East "Iwate" side.
Winter Snow clouds coming from west over sea west Russia
then hits and stuck towns back east side mountains like this.
