Tsukiji Tuna Auction Open on December 18th?

I accessed the Tsukiji Market website's calendar to find out (http://www.tsukiji-market.or.jp/etc/calendar/2015.html) but it does not have an English version. The calendar shows that the 18th of December as white, so will the Tuna Auction be open too? According to Japan Guide the auction usually closes at around December 1 to January 17, so I wanted to know if the calendar only applies to the Outer Market, Wholesale Area and the auctions, or if the auctions follow another schedule.

Official calender said "Yes!" (no colored means "usual" ) as market.

But tuna auction tour closed 1 Dec to mid Jan 17(2014) by busiest deal season starts.
