I accidentally bought tickets for a hakone 2 day free pass on the day I am flying out of Japan. Therefore I cannot go anymore.
Is it possible to get a refund for my ticket?

The only way you will know for sure is to take the tickets to the Odakyu Travel Desk at Shinjuku station.
