Is JR Pass worth to buy?

My itinerary:-
In Haneda Airport, 2N stay at Edogawa area for Tokyo Disney, 3N stay at Shinjuku area, going to Osaka for 2N stay & Universal Studio & last Out Osaka.
Is it worth to use 7Days JR Pass as per above itinerary ?
