In Hyperdia, the trip will take 200 mins. I have a JR Pass. Just wondering if there is a faster way?

By train, that is the fastest way.
If you take a bus to Kofu and then a train to Matsumoto, it can be about 30 minutes faster (with a good connection at Kofu), but note that the bus is not covered by the Japan Rail Pass.

But then again, the train section between Kawaguchiko and Otsuki is not covered by the Japan Rail Pass, either. It costs 1140 yen, compared to 1470 yen for the bus from Kawaguchiko to Kofu. Here are the bus details in Japanese: http://bus.fujikyu.co.jp/rosen/detail/id/8
