Bus travel in Gunma, Nagano

I want to go from Naganoharakusatsuguchi (Gunma) to Ueda or Nagano via the mountains using a bus (I do not have a car). Is this possible? If so how can I get in idea about a schedule.

Usually you can use buses Naganoharakusatsuguchi to Nagano (3 time transfer).
But at the present time buses cannot pass Siranesan(volcano)bus stop.
Because Current Volcanic Warning is level 2 of Siranesan .
