please i want to study in Japan next year for my Degree but i don't know any good university how can i know a Good University that i can enroll-in in Tokyo or Ibarak or Chiba.thanks

Can you speak / read / write Japanese?
If you, there are hundreds of universities in Tokyo alone.
Google is your friend.

If not, you're more limited. This may be a good place to start

are other options, such as Sophia and ICU.

What's your goal?
What are your qualifications?

There are some universities that offer all English courses and you need to have particular prerequisites. Without knowing more about your situation it's hard to make suggestions.
