Takkyubin at Tokyo Station

I would like to send some small packages from Tokyo Station by takkyubin or mail. I know there is a Japan Post office near the station, but is there anywhere inside the station?

Does it have to be Yamato Kuroneko? Or can it be a different company?

Sagawa has a foreigner-friendly outlet (English, Chinese and Korean service is available) near the Nihonbashi Exit of Tokyo Station (in the far north of the Yaesu side):
