Early morning bus to Haneda

Hi,
I read there is an early morning bus arriving in Haneda Domestic airport terminal by 4.30. How reliable is this concerning traffic and so in the morning hours?

Is there only one bus company running this bus or more? Where can I find tickets for the bus?

I read there is an early morning bus arriving in Haneda Domestic airport terminal by 4.30.

I can't find such a bus. There are several buses that arrive around that time at the international terminal, though. Where will you be coming from? What part of Tokyo? Or Yokohama?

It is the most reliable time of the day for travel in Tokyo because there is very little traffic.

There are multiple companies running along multiple routes.

Where can I find tickets for the bus?

Generally, you pay the fare on board of the bus.

It said so on the Japan Guide page om Haneda airport. The earliest buses from Tokyo start arriving around 4:30.

I will stay around Nihonbashi, Akihabara. Its a bit far to walk to Hamamatsucho really...

Why not move to a closer hotel for the night before?

Because I could not find any closer available, at least not so cheap.

Tokyo Station Yaesu South Exit to Haneda

You pay when you get on.

I would scout out the bus stop area a few days before to see.

I would reserve a taxi from your hotel in Akihabara to Tokyo station Yaesu South Exit.

Just note there could be delays, what time is your flight?
