Is Aso San accessible yet?

I plan to visit Mt.Aso on Nov 3.Will it be re-open yet? I heard that it was closed last month. Thanks.

still closed. you can't get in within about 2 km.

As it is unpredictable most likely it will still be closed for sometime if your planning to visit and climb.

You should not expect it to be open anytime in the near future.
