Airport Limousine Bus Vouchers 2015/10/4 08:57
We purchased two Airport Limousine Bus Vouchers from a Travel Agency in New York for travel from NRT to HND. The validated vouchers arrived, and we see they are designated for travel from "Narita Airport to Central Tokyo". Will they be acceptable for travel from Narita to Hanada? The agency says yes, but we'd like to be sure.

Central Tokyo is a long way from Haneda. Either the travel agent doesn't know or he's pulling a fast one. That's why I never use travel agents.
Also, the bus is the worst way to go between those airports. There are direct trains that are much faster, more reliable and cheaper and they are underground through the center of Tokyo.
At Narita, go downstairs to the Keisei Railway counter. They will tell you the exact time the through trains leave.
