Which place will you start from? Accesses to Edo Wonderland are explained on this website. http://edowonderland.net/en/access/access.html#tab3October 12, 2015 (=the second Monday in October) will be a national holiday, when some popular tourist spots may be more crowded with visitors; the following October 13 may be better. Edo Wonderland will be closed on Wednesday, October 14, 2015.
