life cost for a couple in tokyo

hi everyone
I have a job offer of 300,000 yens in Tokyo, and I am planning to move there with my wife,

please guide us about life cost, a 34-40 m apartment some where convenient to Minato-ku would be appropriate for us , but I don't know about the price, I appreciate your cost estimation about our life according this list :
rent+maintenance fee
transportation
food
cloths
insurance
any other essentials

The rent should be within a third of your wage. 100,000 - 120,000 Yen is the max.
The place of residence depends on how you can spend your commute hour for work.
I think you can survive for two within 300,000 Yen.
