Is it possible to reach the summit of Fuji on skis in january if the weather is good?
Where is the best place to start the asend, how high can you get in the car in wintertime, i saw that some of the roads where closed in wintertime.

Theoretically yes. In practice, you better be a professional and extremely well prepared alpinist in order to avoid dying on the mountain. Multiple people with similar plans die on the mountain each winter because they are badly prepared or unlucky.

The Subaru Line is sometimes open all the way to the 5th Station.
